I'm with all of you, the sex and personal products don't need to be on tv, What did they think women had done for many years before they were advertised that way. The viagara ones are ridiculous too. My favourite will always be Budweiser, when the little horse has to wait a year to be strong enough to pull the wagon, and the dog helps it to grow stronger, really cute! If I am watching tv, and i don't like the commercial, I just use the switch to another channel thing. We sure get a lot more commercial breaks than we used to do, don't you think?
Is there something twisted and distorted with my sense of humor? I must love absurdity. I love the Hillshire Farms ones, I think Flo is funny, the fish is ridiculously funny because it is a take on those fish plaques from years ago and my neighbor bought one which I thought was stupid but then wished I had one, sort of.
I agree though on the personal products, and the drug ones, and the birth control pill ones for youth like Yaz, doesn't tell the real side effects of using bc pills, and I want to slap all those Viagra women smiling there beside their men who get what they want. The real story of ED is that there is a woman going through a wretched menopause at the same time...who are they kidding with being happy about it?
Where are the commercials with men doing dishes and mopping the floor with a swiffer I'd like to know?
I am beginning to like the Glade woman but she irritates me too sometimes. Don't know why.

I do like the Progressive insurance ones, especially where they have that guy in the fender bender and they play the cute little music while they get all his work done.
Ellen, I think we have the same sense of humor. I think of it as my "inner 7th-grade boy"
I agree that those birth control pill commercials don't give an accurate presentation of what can happen when you take them.
I hate that "Progressive" Insurance lady as well - It's just plain silly - I have always thought that Burger King guy was creepy too!!! I hate the ones with the shampoo that is supposed to make you feel "sexy" & also the KY jelly ones - that's just ridiculous - there is too much sexual things on tv as it is - We need to go back to some of the old ones, like: Be a Pepper, drink Dr Pepper or My bologna has a 1st name etc.....Personally I like to tape the shows that I like to watch & then fast forward through the commercials on my DVR :-) or just hit pause on a commercial, go do what you want & then come back & fast forward to your spot - I love DVR'S!!!
DD2 doesn't like bland commercials, especially car commercials, especially local ones, very boring.
ED commercials drive her nuts, because no one has two bathtubs in a cornfield and if you're gonna have sex it is not going to be in two bathtubs! Has anyone thought that one through (she says!)

I HATE the Geico commercials. I think they are stupid. I also hate that one weight loss commercial with that blond sports caster. She states that she is interested in sports and then states how cool is that! She acts like it is a talent for a women to be interested in sports! lol
I don't like those either DeBora but lol do get a kick out of AFLAC ones. My parents had that insurance I am sure if they were here they too would like them

I don't like the birth control pill commercial we have here, I don't remember the brand but it shows all these women swimming and getting into another swimmer pool, it was o.k. the first one or two times I saw it but now it's just really boring.
Unless the feminine hygiene commercials are on in the afternoon and I'm not seeing them I don't think our area advertises them? Same with the KY Jelly, I don't ever remember seeing a commercial for them?
And I hate the Viagra commercials and those other brands too.

I cannot stand that Progressive commercial either. I didn't like the AFLAC commercials either and it seemed like they were on every time I turned around, so am glad they finally stopped those here. I used to think the Charmin commercial with the bear was kind of cute but have seen it too many times now. Now that we have satellite I usually mute the commercials or fast forward through them if I have extra time from putting it on pause during a potty break.
