Happy Thanksgiving from train

Hi everyone and Happy Thanksgivng!,
I havn't been able to post in over a month!
I told Amanda I would not be able to moderate anymore but atleast now I have caught up at home so I can post again!

(Someone please change me to whatever you want to call me...it still says asst mod under my name!)

I got awfully sick in October and then, even after I was feeling better didn't have energy to do a thing for two more weeks.
I lost October!!
Thanks to those of you who sent me get well cards and post cards! That was sweet of you all!

I was feeling so behind even before I got sick so that didn't help!

The lady I have been taking care of (Dorothy) is requiring more help so that takes more of my time but the money helps.
My parents are requiring more help too which I dont mind at all. It saddens me though to see them age.
As well, I still volunteer once a week at the mental health center. They did so much to help me and now I like to encourage others.

Mark and I have been taking square dance lessons since September. I missed a few weeks when I go sick but was able to catch up.
The instructor is very patient with Mark. The lessons are doing so good for his balance . I am doing good dancing myself considering I do not know my right from left! LOL!~~
We just wear casual clothes to lessons. Tonight is our first dance though and we get to wear our new skirts and duds!!!!
Going to be fun!!

It's my turn to host Thanksgiving this year so.......it's a good thing I took the last month to get my house in order because it certainly needed it!!!.......

But I missed October and early November birthdays/anniversaries so, belated birthday wishes to Elizabeth, Dval, Patti , Mom2-4, Raggdy (Is she posting yet?), and Ditzy.
And Happy Anniversary to Danstigerangel and hubby.

Welp, I need to go finish baking cookies for tonights dance but wanted to say hi to everyone now that I have got myself caught up!

It sounds like you haven't slowed down a bit. Sorry to hear that you were sick. We went through it at our house, too. It can surely kick your butt!

Train, we have really missed you here. I think you and Mark look great in your dance clothes! Good for Mark for getting out there. And I think you may have found your solution to exercise programs. Happy Thanksgiving!

So glad that you are feeling better and are back on FC!! You have truly been missed!! You and Mark look like you are having a blast square dancing. It just looks like so much fun. It is really nice to have you back!!!

Train you have been missed. I love your skirt in the square dancing picture. I'd love to learn sq dancing some day.

Hey, Donna! I have MISSED you, girl!!
I am so sorry to hear that you've been sick. Are you doing okay now? The square dancing sounds like a ball...have fun!
