I didn't do a darn thing today.
We did change the date of the spaghetti dinner fundraiser. We have had no donations of food, two people offered to help but if something comes up they won't be there. Dh and I can not do this just the two of us the the two kids. If we have to pay for all the food, then there won't be a profit. I think this was a good idea.

Sueanne, I don't know any more than I have said here! My dad has only had a cat scan, no biopsy, so they don't know if it is malignant, but 90% chance that it is. The doctor said that since he is "only" turning 70, he can wait 3 months, but no more. Apparently kidney tumors grow slowly. But if he was 85, they would let him sit a year!

Donna-Marie, I am keeping John in my prayers as well! And YOU!

Bluebird, I hope things turn around for the better on your fund raising.

I am sorry Barbszy, I hope it isn't cancerous, that he is in the 10% group. Maybe after a few days more he'll change his mind and go earlier.

We got bad news also. It is a stroke and it has affected my mother's speech centers. She can talk but haltingly and slowly, fetching for nouns at the ends of sentences. My sister the speech therapist is going down tomorrow to talk with rehab.

I will save my vacation and sick leave for later.

Fundraising will work or it won't! God will provide. I am not going to beat my head against a brick wall or spend more money than we would bring in.
