I am right handed when I write but can write if need be with my left and still be able to read it. I carry my handbag and carry bags with my left hand/shoulder, I hold my coffee cup with my left hand, I thread my sewing machine needle left handed ...I've tried right handed and I can't. I am hopelss at cleaning my teeth left handed
If I had to pick a stronger arm I'd go for my left.
Is that the technical term "head bonking" LOL,
I'm hopeless lefthanded with a blow dryer actually I'm pretty hopless anyhand doing my hair with a blow dryer!
I am a righty all the way, but DH is a lefty. He writes and eats left handed, but plays sports right handed. Actually in softball he can bat either left or right, but golf he swings with his right. I think part of this may be due to right handed people teaching him how to play these games.

Righty
I carry my purse on my left shoulder and wear my watch on my left arm, though--it drives me crazy on my right arm. I switch hands driving all of the time.
My grandfather (mom's dad) was ambidextrous.
Forgot to mention that I am the only rightly in my family. My Mom, Dad, Sister and Brother are all leftys.

that reminds me I shuffle a deck of cards left handed because my lefthanded uncle taught me, I've tried to do ti right handed and cards go everywhere LOL
I am one of those very special people - a LEFTY - lol! I do pretty much everything left-handed. I do, however, carry my purse on my right shoulder. I just can't do it on my left side!
Well I was told that when I was a baby I used my left hand all the time for anything sooooooo since back then it was a no no for one to be a lefty they kept putting things in my right hand. Now I write and eat with right hand hold my phone with right, watch is on left, pocketbook is on right shoulder. I can eat somethings with left hand without spilling everywhere. But I believe making me change from left to right is the reason my hand writing is so terrible. All of my children are right handed as were both my husbands, parents, siblings and g-parents

Ambidextrious here. I usually prefer writing with my right, but it all depends on what I am doing too. My DGD is ambidextrious too. For the first 3 1/2 years of her life, we weren't sure which hand she was going to choose to use for writing as sometimes she wrote entirely with her left and other times she choose her right. She has finally settled on writing with her write.
When I worked in a brain and mind research lab (where we studies the brain via fMRI, MRI, and EEGs) I was told that if you do some things better with your left and some things better with your right, you are ambidextrious. We had to keep track of the lefty's and righty's and if ppl did some things with their left, it showed up on the brain scans.
