sharon, I only got to watch the last hour of the Lost recap last night but how come Locke had a different name when he was in the coffin? I, too, will be interested in how they get everything together and to agree to go back to the island. will Locke be alive back on the island? And what about the people on the ship? did they all die or did they somehow survive?

I also noticed that Locke had a different name. The name was the same as a guy who was with The Others. No explanation has been given for that. I too an wondering if Locke becomes alive on the island. It would appear that everyone who was on the ship died. Nothing was said about survivors.
I wonder about Ben. He said the person who moves the island can never come back.
He said they all had to go back in order to save the people that were still on the island.
All the oceanic 6 have to return to the island. Ben wasn't one of the oceanic 6 but yet he is still alive and off the island. So, are the others still on the island along with the rest of the survivors? for some reason, I thought Locke could not die on the island yet off the island he is dead. That makes me wonder, too, if once back on the island he is alive again. He also was originally afraid to leave the island as before he got there he couldn't walk but once on the island he could. And remember when he was in the pit with all the dead bodies supposed almost dead? he survived that too. This season is going to be great if we get some questions answered. But of course I am sure they will leave us with more questions too.

I was glad to be able to see the last episode of Lost as it has been along time since I watched it. It did help me remember where we are in the storyline. I agree that it also poses more questions.
The one thing I like about Lost is that things aren't always what they seem. I like that air of mystery and that nothing is certain. It gives a lot of room in the storyline for changes. They also give us a lot of clues about what might happen. I guess it just depends on how you interrupt them.
Since there are suppose to be two seasons of Lost left, I figure this season will be about getting back to the island. Next seaon they will have to tie up the loose ends and give us an ending (I hope).
I am looking forward to the new episodes.
I believe The Others and the rest of the survivors are still on the island. How did Locke get off the island and why is he dead? Is that to force everyone to go back? And is it because he knows where the island is? Or is Ben going to lead them to the island even if he supposedly can't return?
Most things on Lost have a double meaning.
