Gloria, I loved the show Veronica Mars and was sad when they cancelled it. Haven't seen The Closer so that would be a good option for me to watch as I like Kyra Sedgewick.

I hope there isn't an actor's strike. Everything would be messed up again.

Sammi, I'll probably look for Veronica Mars season III for dd for Christmas if I can find it for a good price. We both liked it. I'm glad she's on Heroes & is the voice of Gossip Girl. I'll get The Closer season III when I can find it for $19.99 or less.

The Closer is a really well written show. I also love Kyra Sedgwick & the dialogue between Flynn & Provenza is very funny.

Kathy, I love the show Army Wives. It just had it's season finale here.

Just heard that Lost won't be starting until almost the end of January. I wonder why they don't start showing it till then when it used to start in the fall.

24 will be starting in Jan. also. I am looking forward to Lost.
I like it that new shows start in Jan. Then I don't have to watch reruns.

Army Wives was last night and I did't mind that one for a first ep. Reminds me of the witches and cliques you get at high school with a bit extra, will keep going on that one.
Poor surrogate mum and the bartender lady in a g-string LOL

Sammi, I found Gilmore Girls Season 7 at Target last Friday(night) for $13.98. It was the only season we did not have. It will be for dd for Christmas. We enjoy watching those episodes over & over. We even watched a Thanksgiving one on Thanksgiving!! They had 4 Thanksgiving dinners to go to including a Tofurkey one at the Kims. I really miss that show.

Gloria, my dd and I used to always watch that show together. She has the whole first season memorized she has watched it so often and can recite all the lines! I may get her other seasons for Christmas this year!

Kathy, were you watching the first episode of the first season? It gets really good and season two which just ended here is awesome! I really love that show. this seasons ending was a real cliffhanger.

Sammi, keep an eye out at Target & Best Buy. They have had GG for $14-19. We have gotten them all on sale, a little bit at a time.
