I liked all my elementary school teachers and didn't really have a favorite, but, I do have favorites from high school.

Mr Grote and Miss Henry for Drama.

Mr Chang for Creative writing
and
Mr. Hanson for art.

hugs, train

I did not have as many from elementary school more from High school

I liked Mr. roach he was my creative writing teacher in grade 5 and 6.

Mr fukashima was my vice principal in high school and he took me under his wing when he realised I was bored and needed more of a challenge.....he let me work around the school and do my assignments outside of class.

Mr. Jackson my band teacher and music teacher......loved all he did for us.

I also had some really awful teachers that I went to court for sexual abuse.....really leaves a bad feeling when it comes to some of my school years
Hugs Debbie

Mrs. Forest in 5th grade. She recognized my talents behind my insecurities. She chose me to sing solos, told me I was pretty, and offered me tutoring in math. Because of her I blossomed and became confident. It's so funny looking at the difference in my school photos from 5ht to 6th grade. You'd never believe it was the same kid!

For elementary it would had to be Mrs. Coker in 4th grade was a special teacher, she understood the problem I was going thur and help me to cope with the situation
Then I guess it would had to be My councelor ; Mrs Horn; in High School. I wanted to go down to help with the teacher aid program in the
elementary but with my speech problem I figure the kids wouldn't been able to understand me. I told her this and she informed me that she could understand me and not to allow my speech to stand in my way.. She signed me up for this program and I gave it the 2 yrs I had left in school.
then the teachers I was assigned to, was a big help to me.
and wanted me to promise them to become a teacher. When I informed them that my grades were not good enought, they made me promised to work with kids..
I did. and I have done that.
now I'm a sub teacher... and I think those teachers helped me to love working with kids... Without them, I might not ever think I could which only lead to a empty life... for kids are so special to me...

Don't have any elementary teachers that I liked...Sr. Rose Macella in 4th grade was a tyrant and the one who wouldn't let me take my exams because I forgot my quarter for the papers and then gave me zeros...(but she was straightened out and I was allowed to take them later)..
St. Anne Marie who wrapped my legs in newspaper before I could go into the church for lenten devotions because my parents couldn't afford to get me stockings and I was in socks..and we had to march two by two from the school to the church so everyone got to see the legs..)remember I was born during the depression years......
I could go on and on...was glad to get out of that place and in high school....

My 3rd grade teacher, Miss King. She knew Adam West and he came by and gave us great stuff.
My other was the librarian. She taught me all about the system and often got me out of classes to help her when new books came in. Mrs. Morrow was her name, I still remember our special little talks.
