Has anyone else been watching the Busch race? It seems the new banking on this track and the new harder compound tires to make the driving "safer" is actually making the drivers feel like they are driving on black ice! There has been one wreck after another after another! Some drivers are saying that they can't tell when they are loose until they are wrecking.

Do you think think will affect tomorrow's race? What is your take on this situation?

Anyone else watching the race? Bobby was happy with the sticker tires (new) but now he does not like them. He almost wrecked earlier today, but all in all, he is running well. He was actually running better than he thought he was. But, now his car isn't doing so well. I can only hope for a caution and that the crew can figure out what he needs and fix it.

Hey DeBora, sorry about last weekend I didn't even get to watch the race I was too sick, I had an upper resp. infection and then all 3 kids got it, the just my luck my stepdaughter went to see her mom and visit for the day (we have full custody) anyway her mom let her play with another kid that was throwing up and when we got her back later that day she got sick 2 days later throwing up (after just getting over an upper resp. infection) so we called her mom and she said well I figured since she was already sick with something else she wouldn't get what the other girl had, ugh so anyway we explained to her that her immune system was down from fighting the first sickness and she got sicker easier because of that. So I of course ended up getting that too and everybody else last weekend. But all is good now that was my long terrible week.
You would figure her being 46 and having 2 older children (my step daughters mom) she would know she would get sick. But she didn't raise them either so go figure.
O.kay sorry for the rant. Cannot wait until the races start. Good luck hope Bobby does good in "Boblanta" as you call it. Hehe

April, sorry about all the illnesses in your family. You are right, the body's immune system us always down after an illness. I am glad that everyone is better. I think the stomach stuff is the worse to have.

Mark Martin just qualified and is on the pole. I am listening to his interview and he is so excited! lol Bobby goes out 39th so I am crossing my fingers! I started an Atlanta Race thread for those who are interested.
