I don't mean video games like playstation, etc. I mean the big floor model games that used to cost a quarter to play.
It's okay if they've re-released it as a video game but it has to have started out in an arcade.
My favorites were PacMan (all varieties), Space Invaders, Asteroids, Frogger, Centipede, Tetris, Defender, and bunches of other names I can't remember.
What were yours?

Four years without my best friend
We have an arcade close by,combined with a putt putt golf place.
Anyway, I am not big into the games though I do like pinball. What I DO like is there is a set of drums and you can pick a song to play along on the drums! It is great frustration/anger release to bang on the drums!! LOL!!
Beiing an 80's teenager you really can't go past Space Invaders, and Pacman and for me to a lesser degree Frogger.
I used to go to the corner store who had just got in 2 space invader machines and the guys just thought it a hoot a girl would play LOL
I don't mind a pinball game now and then but the machines are in the much bigger arcades that there aren't many of around here.
I like Donkey Kong, Centipede, Space Invaders, Ms PacMan, & Frogger. Those are the only ones I can think of for now. I still have my miniature hand held arcade Donkey Kong game. And get this it still works. It looks like a full size arcade game that was shrunk.

Centipede and Galatica. My first husband was military and we always played these at the 7/11 in El Paso for cheap fun. I sure miss the big arcade style games, easier to play than the computer style. For home playing, either game boy or nintendo, Tetris #1 and Mario brothers. My son and I played a lot of those when he was younger. Now he works for Gamestop as an assistant manager. Still loves to play the games at 23! Making a career out of something he truly loves.
