My husband and I took dsd to see Flushed Away. She really enjoyed it but my husband was bored. I thought that it was pretty good, I think my husband was expecting Shrek(one of our favorites) or something along these lines. I watched a movie the other day called Edge of America that was really good. Tonight I am going to watch Fried Green Tomatos which is an old one but very good.

I think The Pursuit of Happiness is the best movie I've seen this year.
This could change between now and new years because I still have three movies on my list to go see.

Osaka, glad to hear the Pursuit of Happyness is worth seeing as it is on my "movies to see" list. It looks uplifting.

The Pursuit of Happyness with Will Smith and his son was wonderful!Based on a true story, it took you thru the realm of emotions. You were moved , happy, really sad and you felt you were a part of the movie. It went way to fast i liked it so much I wanted it to keep going :-) It was also nice because his son in the movie is his son in real life and the repor came thru and made it even more believeable ....the man in the movie went thru a lot as did his family and Will smith did a great job getting the message to the viewer. It was kindof funny walking into the theater and telling them I would like two for the Pursuit of Happyness aren't we all in the pursuit of being happy and it seemed funny that I could then buy it and get a ticket for it.It's just my odd sense of humor I think :-)
