Ellen, you described my friend Eileen, in Illinois! I just love and miss her SO much! She and I connected from the get go. We could and did sit for hours and talk about anything and everything. And that woman could make me Laugh more than anyone I've ever met!! Our husbands were best friends as well. That doesn't happen very often, having a couple friend that both spouses get along with so well. We lived on the same street, a block a part. We just showed up at each others house, made ourselves at home and grew a wonderful friendship during the five years Mark and I lived in Springfield.
I'll be taking the train back to visit her (and my other friends) in September!! Can't wait!!

I enjoyed my exercise class this morning. It was aerobics and tai chi. I am still horribly embarrased at the shape I am in but atleast I am done "talking" and now "doing."
I have been TALKING about wanting to learn yoga forever!!!!
I had a brownie this morning so that is all I am going to allow myself for sweets today! we will See!!!

hugs, train

Say Connie, try and post some pix sometime about that faux fireplace! With all the schooling I can wait until next May! And just think how quickly 6 months went by (or did it?) and next May will be here before you know it!

Fish, thanks for the website! It will be easy to click and link now! My computer skills are not anywhere near others here so that was nice to have it posted!

sweetnell and mom 2-4 and others, 4 weeks or less for school to start again! My dd2 is starting band practice next week, or as dd1 and I say, Boot Camp! Rain or shine, no matter the heat or cold, they MARCH!! on the hot high school asphalt parking lot in the sun!!! Water bottles in those big shorts pockets are de rigeur as are brimmed hats and good soled shoes.

Meg, where DO you work? I thought you ran a shop or something?

stardust Rosie, I wish that post hadn't gotten lost! It would have been really nice to hear more about your picnics and stuff!

Hey Coll!
