Honey, We're Killing the Kids

Did anyone see the segment on this new TLC reality tv show on The Today Show this morning? Woooah is all I have to say! I could not get over how much better the kids looked at the age of 40 when they ate healthily compared to sticking to their current eating habits. This shows looks great -- is anyone planing on watching it tonight?

That looks really interesting... I think a lot of us need a wake-up call like that! I'll definitely watch!

Yeah, definitely interesting and I agree that many families out there need a wakeup call like this...did anyone tune in last night? I really liked the family that was on -- they were great and more cooperative than the others but they definitely needed to work on their eating habits which they were successful at...

Oh and has anyone seen Shalom in the Home that comes on afterwards? Need to catch that too if you have not...

Anytime, I think that you will enjoy. Oh and there is a great show called Shalom in the Home that comes on afterwards...great show on parenting advice. Let me know what you think...
