Big City Life

If you could live in any big city for one year where would you choose and why?

I would choose New York because there is so much there I want to see and do.

peace,train

Well, I will come to New York with you, train, and you can show me all those things and we can do them together, OK? If not I will go to Vienna.

Osaka, you can't move! You and nancy have to show us the city whenever me and Lynne and whoever else wants to go can hop a train out there!!

What do you live near?
What are you fav places to go to in the city?
What places out of NY have you travelled, where would you like to see?
What kind of work do you do?

hugs, train

I live in brooklyn near the manhattan bridge and some of my favorite things to do is go to the theater and trying out new places to eat.
There is a lot to do and see here, it depends on your interests. One place I suggest going is the transit museum. There are a million museums here but I find that one the most interesting lol
I haven't been to that many places outside of new york but one place I really want to go is the redwood national park in california. I love trees!

Hee hee

Has anyone seen the movie "Raising Helen?" I saw it was on last night, and it reminded me that I would love a life like hers (before she "inherits" the kids). I love my kids and my family, but in hindsight, I wish I had just taken a chance when I graduated high school and moved to a place like NY and had been single for once in my life. Good movie, anyway - I recommend it!

Any city...well I live in a very small rural area...no stores, not even a convenience store...no schools...no theater...we do have a rec center...so I would love to go to New York or Vermont...have always wanted to go to Vermont...

So New York or Vermont would be my choices...
