Sites To Upload Pics Too?

Does anyone know any sites to upload pics/siggys too that we can use on here to post? or How elso to do it. I only know how to upload them to a picture site and then get the code and post it on here??

they have a free and a pay one, but the FREE one is fine if you just want it to get the codes to post here, that what I use. If you have any questions or need any help just yell!

My question is, do you have to post a certain amount of posts before you can use html and put pics instead of just codes in your posts? Just wondering, cuz it only let me put codes in and I noticed some people have actual pics. Or maybe those pics are part of their siggy, hmmmmmm.
I know lots of html though and would like to use it if I could. Down at the bottom, it says that html and [img] is turned off.
