Happy Friday everyone! Its a beautiful crisp cool fall typical New England day here. Bar bar I hope you're feeling a little better today. I have no idea how I missed it, but I had no idea you had books published Felicia, I just looked them up at iUniverse, will have to check out our Barnes and Noble, I go there alot because they are the only place that carries the teddy bear review magazine, lol. I just found some really cute PJ sets at www.collectionsetc.com nothing is over $14.99 in the whole catalog, I know dd will like them so gonna put them away for Xmas, they didnt have kids sizes for my 2 gd's though.I also found a satin type nightshirt for my mom. They have everything in there, and I ordered the adorable Black Bear manger set they had and a HUGE traffic light bank, (about 4 ft tall, that blinks) for our gs. I have their catalog but found out you can save even more by ordering on line.Well gonna check out a few more threads and than go to the grocery store and get that over with. Oh it's so good to be back!!!! I finally got the internet to work but it took erasing the hard drive and reinstalling the OS X for it to reinstall aol. I'm getting dsl next week so aol will be gone forever!!! YEAH!!! Plus we will be getting a wireless system that will allow dd Jenna to have her laptop online up in her room while we are online downstairs so that will be so great not having to fight with her for online time

I've been trying to catch up on this thread but boy do I still have a lot of reading to do so if I reply to something that was from weeks ago, y'all will understand why.
It looks like we will now be spending Thanksgiving here at home. We were planning a trip to Stillwater, OK to be with my sister but I just accepted the full time (four days a week) office manager position at the oral surgeons office where I had been just part time so I'll be training and will be unable to get away for the two week trip we had planned.
Today I'll be making a big shopping run to BJ's since now I'll have less time to run to the market when I need something. Tomorrow we'll be having a little celebration for my ds Alex as he just earned his brown belt in Aikido and will be promoting at his class in the am. His sensei has asked him to come in extra time and work as a mentor with the little ninjas (4 - 6 yr olds) so now I have to figure out how to get him there since I'll be working at the time they have the little ninja classes. It may be a hassle but I think it will be good for him to do this.
dd Lici is really enjoying preschool but I am still so heartbroken about putting her in full time.
Well, I just thought I'd take a moment to post since it seems like it's been forever since I did. I'm off to reload my office programs and then the software for my ipod. dh will have to load his own photoshop programs tonight when he gets home lol.

jorabeel's glad you hop in to join us.. yes Fc friendship flower along with many other sites are very additiive.

I see that Can you guess dropped in to say hi to us too. mmm, I wonder who that person might could be...
I would ask if she post here alot, but that would't be fair, unless I ask it over at the Can you guess thread

Chynna was picked up by her mom to go over to be with her and her sister for the weekend. Will be back Sunday evening around 4-5... so I got the weekend to myself when John is working.
I got housework and lessons plans to work on so that will keep me busy... and of course got to pop in here...

gave my daughter the list of school supplies and we will see what will become of that. She told me she would buy Chynna's stuff for lunch too, but only time will tell on that. Not going to hold my breath, and if it happens, I will count my blessings, if not, it won't surprize me..

We got our car back yesterday from the shop.. it sure is nice to be driving our car again. Was thankful we had a friend that loan us thier 2nd car, but it sure is good to have our car back.
We still owe some money on the repair, but the guy is working with us on that. praise the LORD.

Nichilada - again congrats on the new job. Lici will probably enjoy the extra time at preschool. Glad you got the computer up and running again. Did AOL cause it to crash? We are looking at a DSL also.

Motherof2 - glad to see you back. Hope things are looking up for you.

Bar_bar that's great that you got your car back and awesome of the mechanic to let you work out the payments! Praise the Lord indeed!

Our van's breaks need fixing and the squeaking is sooo irritating but I will bite my tongue and wait for dh to deal with it as he sees fit. It's time and money that is key here!

I have to look for my dd's muumuu and hopefully that will be fun.
She is not with us right now as she spent the night over at her grndmas and I heard this morning that they are holding a garage sale at my brother's so she is helping out. I know she just loves that. But I missed her last night and want her back in the evening already...lol!

There isn't much happening on my side of the fence, so to speak, but I do need to study some work materials as well as practice for the 2nd test just in case.

I have been enjoying more time on the computer though and got loads of snags so if you see any I post and would like to, go ahead and snag. In fact, I have got some Maxine ones that are just hilarious. Sometimes her kind of humor is just what I need to bounce back...lol!
