One that surprised me is "The 10th Kingdom". I had rented it (3 DVDs) for me to watch...and the kids liked it as much (if not more) than I did. It's an older movie with the guy who played the lawyer (Dan Fielding) on the comedy court series several years back...can't remember his name. The whole thing is over 6 hrs, but we made it into a "mini-series week" thing and watched a little every day.

Don't know if it's already listed, but in addition to movies others have listed...
Ella Enchanted
Raise Your Voice (Hillary Duff)
The Pacifier (very funny Vin Diesel movie)
Jungle 2 Jungle
Little Giants
Ferngully (the first one's better than the 2nd)
Casper
The Black Cauldron
A Series of Unfortunate Events
Mulan II
Tarzan II
Bedknobs & Broomsticks

there's more...I just can't think right now (3am....)

Kid's Movies

My daugter is only 22 months old right now, but she enjoys Bambi, Dumbo, Veggie Tales, Sesame Street movies, and Baby Einstein movies.

I'll put a few in...
Princess Diaries
Ella Enchanted
Second Hand Lions
The original Star Wars Movies (not the prequels)
The Incredibles
Series of Unfortunate Events
The Harry Potter Movies
Space Jam
Monsters Inc.

Anything to do with Clifford, Thomas the Tank Engine, Sesame Street, or Mister Rogers is a hit with my son, 4.

I know there are more but I am too tired to think.

Debbie

"The 10th Kingdom" is a fantastic movie for the whole family. I agree with "The Iron Giant."

I shall post my list when I get more time.

I like to find good movies that has something for everyone of all ages. It's rare to find those sort of movies nowadays. I rented a few "children movies" that had no redeeming qualities and I was applauded. Sometimes movies shouldn't just be made to make money. I hope to find some movies with intelligence and a message for the whole family to watch together.
