Gratitude Journal

Anyone want to start a gratitude journal with me.. Every night you would come here and list 5 things you are grateful for.
I am reading a daily devotional called "Simple Abundance" and this is one of the thing the book suggests.

5 Things I am grateful for

I think this post is a great idea

1) my little girls cheerfulness in the mornings

2) the strength that God gives me everyday

3) coffee

I really need this now.. something to keep postive.Thank you for starting it... 1) My family 2) My friends at FC 3) My boys who make me smile 4)For all the emails i get from Sandie and Rosey helping me through 5) That i am healthy to help take care of hubby.

That Rachel brought me 4 huge bags of oranges to hand out tomorrow!

That mom invited us over for dinner tonight as I have cooked all day.

For my new friendship that is starting with Joan.

Pepsi and candy (well, there are no rules that we can't be shallow..........right!!??

My flannel sheets and electric blanket.

Hi all, Great idea Train, I really like this. I used to have a copy of "Simple Abundance" I think maybe dd has it.

1. Im grateful today for being in a nice warm home
2.Grateful I have a nice understanding (and patient) hubby
3. Grateful for finding FC
4. Grateful for the friends I have made here
5. Grateful Im alive to see my GD's smiling faces

Im grateful that even though my DD is now a mother too, she still needs me and calls all the time for advice

Grateful my DM came thru her last eye surgery well

Greatful that FIL passed his driving test (they make you take it again at a certain age) it would have killed him if he hadnt

Greatful dh is out plowing and I dont have to shovel

Greatful that I can look around any part of my house and a smiling bear is there to cuddle and give you a warm feeling

Greatful for the hot chocolate Im drinking right now

1. I'm grateful that I live in Florida and that it only freezes here once or twice a year
2. I got to watch my new grandson last night
3. For lunch out today-I did not have to cook
4. For a wonderful church
5. That my mother had her 75th birthday last week
