Dawn Anna

Did anyone catch the movie that played this week on Lifetime called Dawn Anna? I missed it earlier but have it recording right now. My mom watched it and said I HAD to see it!! Debra Winger plays a woman who is facing a life and death surgery during the time her daughter attends Columbine and there is the shooting...

peace,train

I watched it. It was a good movie but nothing exceptional in my mind.

Its one of those lounging Sunday afternoon movies.

Let me know what you think of it.

ajrsmom.... I agree with you. Watched it last night with Mom about 9:00. It was sad to see that after the operation they were not able to get to her blockage. Even her Surgeon didn't know what to say to her. Then she had to relearn how to walk & talk again. Her children were very cooperative in helping her regain her life. She also was lucky to have found a man to share her life with after all her hardships. It was a true story.

I thought it was a good movie. I watched it last night. It wasn't one of life time's best.

She went through a lot, alright, and then to loose her daughter to Columbine.

Like I said, good, but not the best!

There's my Two cents!

I finally was able to watch the tape and have to say I really liked it a lot! A sad story, but very well made, I thought!!!

Course I am a little biased as Debra Winger has always been one of my favorite actresses!!

I know what you mean I like Debra Winger and enjoyed watching the movie too. She did a great job. It was sad, but neat to see her overcome so much. I feel for the person she was portraying and think Debra did a great job portraying the character.
