I really wanted to see last night's episode. cought most of last weeks and it was pretty good. I was kinda getting into and now I don't know if I'll be able to get back on track with the story. I guess maybe I can. I'll have to see if anyone I know tivo-ed it. How did it compare to some of the earlier episodes?

Hi Momzoo! Take it from another "momzoo" you're in for a treat when yours hit their teens! I was cavalier about alot of things when they were younger - not really worrying about things and then WHAM! My oldest hit his teens and my husband and I started scrambling. LOL They were not allowed to watch anything until we did! My dh even forbade them from watching The Simpsons!! LOL Simpsons is pretty mild compared to the shows these days. I would not let my youngest (13) watch "Life as We Know It" without me but then with three older brothers, he's learned more than any TV show could teach him. LOL

Can't wait for Saturday so I can watch the missed episode of LOST! Yahoo!

Honestly, i say this every time, but this show keeps getting better and better. loved how locke saved jack! and locke's lines are the best--very emotional and inspiring..

I watched "Lost" last night and thought it was really good. It gets more and more interesting. My questions are, how did Locke become able to walk after the plane crash? The previous show showed him in a wheelchair when they did the flashback to before the crash and when they burned the remains of the plane, a wheelchair was shown in the fire (or near it). My second question is from this weeks show, where was Jack's father's body? The coffin was there and seemingly closed but when he opened it there was no body. I am waiting to see how they handle the pregnant girl's having her baby as well. It seems there will be a lot of great future story lines because there are lots of unanswered questions and several new questions at the end of each week's show. I have to say this is a refreshingly original show - not just the same old same old.

great to see you again, the last place I saw you were on the introduction thread.
this week was about Jack... which help to understand him more, but it not so bad you won't be able to catch up. Plus it will be aired again on Sat... it worth watching again too...

Talked with my dd about this show today... as she got her phone now..
I can't say much for if I did I would ruin it for those that will be watching it on Sat.

Cyn. I was thinking of you while I was watching it as I knew you would be waqtching it. then you didn't. I'm so sorry you missed it dear
set it for Sat night in advance that way you won't miss it... there are some surprizes in there.

lovinbngmom
I do the same every week about this show.. but this one mmm, may have been the best so far... and so true about Lock and Jack and the lines...
Lock is going to be fine and be a big asset to this group... and the "W" let get it a secret was wonderful and just in time. so was Lock for Jack.
we know what we are talking about. hehe- hehe

Sammi1961
no they really didn't show that in my opinion on Jack's dad, it lead us to think that... but it really didn't show it...

OH I wondering about the pregnant girl's and the baby.. too. and boy is it refreshing, so different from the other kinds of shows out there.
and it leaves so many questions unanswered each week.. I can think of tons of them and ones I don't think of dh does...

then what was all the things they did find on that other part where Jack was?
will the Pg girl and the drug addict fall in love?
who will they show case next?

who was the girl that was in the water?

poor Jack his mom and dad both were mean to him it seemed.
stay tune to " LOST" and get your vcr ready to tape it if need to be.
boy this is a Great show.

I love this show!! It pulled me in with the two hour premier! I haven't missed an episode yet!

"Lost" and "Desperate Housewives" are the #1 and #2 new shows respectively of the new fall season!!! Two shows that I have really gotten hooked on!

I can't wait to see what happens when she has this baby.

The guy who is hooked on drugs, he is supposed to "crash" this coming week and the older man is suppose to help him get through it.

Yeah, I'm wondering what the girl who was the prisoner did, too.

When the older man told Jack that he had seen into the mind of the island and he saw"magic" I can only wonder what he meant.

The "monster" is suppose to fade into the background and we won't see or hear from "it" again. So, no answers to that question yet.

Tidbit: They did not expect this show to take off and so they did not order a whole season of shows, so they are filming like crazy now!!!

The young man who plays the drug addict is the actor who played in "Lord of the Rings" and he is recognized everywhere he goes where they are filming the series.

I think they all didn't do anything about the bear because they all believed they were going to be rescued soon. I am really curious about the message that is being sent by the woman who has been on the island for 16 years. Is she still there, is this a recording, is she's there, where on the island is she? Is she alone? Are there others on the opposite side of the island?

They never have found the tail of the plane... that is why the black woman told Jack her husband wasn't dead! Who's to say that they are not alive and thinking the same thing? Hmmmmm?

Kellydid, I thought Jack found the tail end of the plane and that is where his father's coffin was but it was empty? Was that a different part of the plane? And I, too, am wondering about the woman who made the recording and if she will appear in a later episode either alone or with others. I am waiting to see what happens when the girl has her baby and how that episode will be handled and finding out more about each character, especially what the girls who was a prisoner did. I love that this show only gives you bits and pieces at a time as it keeps you hanging on and waiting for the next episode! (I also watch "Desperate Housewives" and love that show too)

Nope that wasn't that tail! That was the same part of the plane that they are at. I can't wait for this weeks episode! I am so hooked on this show! It's like, can we have a 2 hour show without commercials! Yeah, like that is going to happen!

Nancy, I have to agree with Sammi1961 about the plane piece, and this is why.

1) if it is the same piece then why is it in a different location
2) if it was that piece that they found the pilot then why didnt' they know there was water on the island?

therefore I do think it was the piece that was missing or either a different piece but not the same piece... of course maybe this plane broke up into more than 2 pieces.

now if Jack's dad was not in tha coffin, then is he alive? if so why did Jack say he need to bury his dad? was that a way to get him back to the states due to hiding out? maybe.

was that why Jack was nerveous at the airport?

well I'm just glad they are going to make arrangements in case they don't get rescue. and how long can they live off of that island and where in the heck is this island?

I'm curious about this woman on the radio too.

who will they pick this Wed to tell about?

sometimes when you least expected something is when it does take off and surprized eveyone. and this show is just another example of that then.

I also wonder what will happen to the druggie when his drugs wear off?

will this island make a climate change? if so what will they do?

maybe those writters needs to visit our website and read our post to give them ideas ---- sure they will.. ROFL...

maybe we need to do a game on "LOST" and write our own script. LOL

2 more days and I'll be glued to my Tv. and see some of you will be too.

bar_bar, do you think Jack's father could still be alive? When they did Jack's flashback they showed him identifying the body in the morgue and he sure didn't look alive but this show is full of surprises so who knows. I really do want to know more about the woman from the tape recorder and figure we will find out more as the show continues. This show is great because they have given us tidbits about each character to pique our curiosity and then we get to find out more about each person as the show progresses but you never know which character will be learned about in the next episode. It definitely keeps you hanging in suspense from week to week. I am wondering when they are all going to do something about shelter etc. What about the cave Jack found when he found water? And weren't there other bodies lying around near there as well? Guess we will all find out more on this weeks episode!
