I love the little ghost on the pot!!! Very curious to know what kind of flower will bloom!!!

I will post my vote also for mom-2-4. As for names I have no idea??? Have to think on that one!!!

I like barbszy's idea of nominating through PM.

So everyone wanting to make a nomination, please PM me with that info. (other than the members that have already posted here)

After that, I will set up a poll as suggested by Debbie. Everyone can just go vote anonymously without posting.

Maybe this will help keep everything calmer.

I liked the old way we did it before. Never had that many people voting anyway. If we have to hide everything whats the sense of having a nominee anyway. Lets just have a flower for each month and watch it grow.

Call it Flower Of The Month.

First - Karen (mom2-4) has declined having the flower named after her. Hmmmm...wonder why???

Second - in an attempt to make EVERYONE happy :

Nominations for the honoree are now open. Nominations will close at 6:00 p.m. CST tomorrow, Saturday 10/09.

At that time, I will set up a separate thread for voting. Voting will also be open for at least a full 24 hours.

After the honoree is determined, then we will start accepting nominations for the flower name in the same manner. Voting will also be done the same way.

Does anyone have a problem doing it this way???
