Trapper John, MD! I'd forgotten all about that show! I loved Harrison's character, Gonzo Gates! He was so cute!

It was kind of a M*A*S*H spin-off; Pernell Roberts played the older version of the character from the original series, and Gonzo was the sort of odd-ball, rule-breaking doctor that Hawkeye, Trapper, and that bunch had been back in Korea.
I must have been out of my teens by the time that show came around, though. My teenage faves were
The Monkees, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Dark Shadows, Star Trek, The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour, The Carol Burnette Show, All in the Family, and my family watched
anything that remotely looked like a Western! I guess the first show I saw in color had to be
Bonanza .
Gee, I'm
old!
