Deep Sea Fishing

Anybody here tried deep-sea fishing?

My family and me went deep-sea fishing at Clearwater beach last week.

My four years old was seasick and was not very happy.
I got sick because my son was sick. Right now I still feel like I am on a boat. I caught four grunts and a grouper, they had to tossed it back because it was 1 inch short.

Any idea how to get rid of my vacation sickness?

My hubby's greatest desire right now is to go deep sea fishing.
Had you ever been on a boat before?
The closest place to us is OCEAN CITY MARYLAND!
I hope to pay for Memin to go on his birthday this June

Someone told me once that to cure sea-sickness you should have either peanut butter or champagne. Not together I hope.
Guess this tidbit doesn't help much though now...

Champagne..NOW we know why they have that on cruises....
And we though it was for romance LJ's mom....

When I was maybe four years old.
I rember being on a big boat when I was young and I got sick and my mom got mad at me.

I was fine until I went inside to calm my little one and the smell did not agree with me.

I wanted to go in a night dinner cruise, but after what happen on the fishing boat, nope.

Memin went deep sea fishing in Oregon.
He said it was really different that on the east coast the boat tossed alot more with the waves.
He went on a fishing trip in Ocean City but he said it wasen't worth it coz it was so rushed and the captian didn't stay in any spot long.....

Neat about the alcohol...I guess I never thought about that!

When my father-in-law took my husband, son and my brother-in-law and his son deep sea fishing, they all took Dramamine before they left. NO one got sick at all.
