Just joined today!!

Hi there!!

I found a small "ad" like thing in a Woman's Day Magazine about this site and thought it looked really interesting!! I've ordered my stamp and book mark kit already!!

I love to read so I've got plenty of books to share--mainly small romance type books--and I've been looking for a way to "pass them along".

I already belong to the "Where's George" site--where you track dollar bills---this is really fun to do also!!

Wonder if there are any other "sharing sites" around??? I saw one about sharing disposible cameras but I really didn't check that site out--I'll have to look at it and get back to ya.......

Good luck on your "bookcrossings"!! Keep me posted and I'll do the same!!

******Hi there ajrsmom!!!! How's the "new" baby doing?? How old now??? Boy or girl?? Lost track of ya for a while....hope all is well with you and yours!!

Hey Lady!!! Im so happy to see you here again!

Can you believe my daughter is going to be 11 months old on April 24th?? Where did this past year go so fast?

We are hanging in there. We are kinds worried about DH's job but that just goes with the territory for his work.

Are you still really involved in "Where's George?" I mentioned that site to my DH's buddy and now he is obsessed with that site. He stamps ALL of his money , goes to their conventions and chats all the time to people. His name on there is "Howard from Moon" if youve seen him around.

I havent been to Wheres Gearge or the BookCrossing in a long time but they were really cool sites.

Hope everything is going well on your end. If we are still living here this summer, maybe we can get together like we talked about doing before!

Have a great Easter!!

Tami

I signed up while we lived in Texas, and "released" one book there. I tried to find a couple, but they had been picked up before I got there. The closest place I know of in KY that there are at least semi-active BookXers is in Lexington. Hey! Maybe I can introduce the county to Book Crossing! Woohoo!
