I use Fruit Fresh even to just slice the apples and bag them for serving later that day. I use 3 tablespoons Fruit Fresh to 8 cups of cold water. Stir in well and drop the apples into this mixture and make sure the apples are covered with the mixture. Let sit 15 minutes and then drain and package the apples in whatever container you are going to use. I still refrigerate them or put them into a lunchbox that has some type of "cooling" system of some sorts even if it is only a frozen juice box.

I was wondering about Fruit Fresh. I've never used it so I wondered if it really worked. Thanks!
