Do you like it now? I bought a countertop toaster/convection oven this summer. I love it. The kids use it all the time.

I have used it quite a few times now and I love it! It makes fabulous roast potatoes and chicken. I have done cookies and almost have that perfected for 3 trays! Buns have been a little harder, but I intend to master that soon too. Yipee!

I just bought a convection oven. I still learniing to use it. I will check out these websites. My oven came with a cookbook. I am going to try a few new recipes out of it.
