Whats up with the AWARDS?

Hello everyone. I hope all is well. Whats with the awards on the forum site? Are they earned? Can anyone give them out? Is there a thread out there I can read up on. Thanks for your help..

The awards that you see are earned by several different ways. They are awarded by me, with help from some of the moderators.

Ohhhh.. I just noticed that I will be receiving two more icons for the

Christmas card exchange and ornament exchange. Watch out ladies because I'm moving on up!! ChooChoo!! LoL
