Lost Posts

I think I lost 500 posts. I had 41,599 and the last post went to 41,100.......Just wondring what happened....Thanks....

I had to do some maintenance yesterday and one of the things I had to do was recalculate post counts. Sorry all, it was necessary. Any pruned or deleted threads would not have been reflected in your post counts until I ran that maintenance.

I lost over 8,000 posts...had 128,000 and the next day I had 120,000 posts...

I was over 10,000 but not sure exactly how much.

How do I know which of my posts were deleted?

Well you wouldn't really be able to tell Donna. It's based off of any threads that were deleted, or if you posted something yourself and then deleted it, etc. The post count only goes up UNLESS I run the maintenance that I ran. So if you or I or any mods happen to delete something, your post count won't go down unless I run the maintenance. In all the years that FC has been alive I had never run it before. So basically the posts you lost could date back to the beginning.
