I see that Tami and Barbz is helping you.. that strange you do not have the custom one
are you looking close to the bottom of the page for these boxes?

once you find that box then you would
check it
then go down to where it says browser and click that it will take you to where you store your pictures on your computer
once you find the one you want to use click it and then click open
it will then put it into that window where it says browser and then click onto save changes.

I cannot figure out why you do not have a custom avatar box.

I just checked out your info. in the admin. panel and everything looks fine. I reset the buttons for your avatars, lets see if that happens to help.

Try logging completely out of FC, clearing your cookies and cache (temp. files) on your computer, then log back into FC and check to see if it appears.

Have you ever tried to load a custom avatar before this?

Do you have a way that you can send me a screen shot of what you are seeing? You can send it to tami.rose@familycorner.com

keep on looking downward to the next box that reads
Custom Avatar
then it has something with these words

I wonder if using Mozilla has something to do with it?

Have you tried using the button at the bottom of page that says " reset fields"?

Do as bar_bar said and use the drop down menu for "custom avatar". After clicking on reset fields. Dont forget to refresh the page.

Let me know if anything changes.

It didn't work Tami. I cleared my cookies and cache. I closed the browser and all...no difference. I don't remember ever seeing the custom thing. It has always looked the same. I thought the custom thing was for like moderators or something.
