Graphics and Sigs How-To's

I have seen some subscribers with great graphics and cool signatures. How would I do this? I tried copy and paste but to no avail. I don't a see pull-down menu to insert pic unless they are inserting as a photo? (jpeg file?)

thanks Abear! That helps some and I'm going to try this. There was one subscriber who had her name incorporated in a line drawing of a cat - very art deco! I loved it! How would I use my name in a fancier font? I wonder if that's possible.

Also, how is everyone able to find the past posts and info so fast? I had one FC friend tell me to look up other info posted but didn't tell me where. So do I do a search?
