Orange/Citrus Cleaner

Orange or citrus peelings
white vinager
glass quart jar with a lid

Fill the jar with orange or citrus peelings. Fill with vinager. Let set in a dark cool place for four weeks.

I strain my orange vinager into a spray bottle, 50/50 with water. This is what I use to clean the kitchen and bathroom. For lighter cleaning I put about a inch of orange vinager in a bottle then fill it up. For floors one teaspoon of orange vinager to a quart of water.

For wipes I use paper towels, good ones! Fill a used baby wipe box with paper towels and pour on the orange vinager. Sometimes it helps to turn the pile of paper towels so the bottom ones don't dry out.

I made more 'swiffer' dusters refills out of polar fleece scraps. I used old sweatpants for floor 'swiffer' wipes. Now I am trying to figure out how to make the thick mop swiffer pads. I have fleece I will use.

All-Purpose Liquid Cleanser recipe

2 tablespoons white vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon washing soda
1/2 teaspoon vegetable-based detergent
2 cups very hot water

Combine in a plastic spray bottle. You may need to shake it before using.
