Healthier Sweet Treats?

What do you all think of the new Jell-o Calci-YUM pudding snacks? They say there's 10% more calcium in them and they have the sugar-free and fat-free ones. I've been trying the different flavors out at work and they are quite nice (my fav pudding is tapioca but someone told me once that tapioca is fattening does anyone know if that's true?) - just wondering if you guys think its a healthier treat...

What are your favorite healthy sweet treats?

Smoothies made with a high fiber base like WW powder and some bananas and strawberries and milk.

Do you mean other than dark chocolate? I like any berry, grape tomatoes, and both red and green grapes. Since I've heard that dark chocolate is good for you I always make sure I include a couple each week.

Beensolong, I have never heard of this pudding. I will have to look for it.

I am not supposed to have sugar, so there are many things that I find sweet. Fresh fruit, tomatoes, and juices. I make jigglers for my DGD out of Welches grape juice and gelatin. I heat up 4 cups of the juice and then add 3 packettes of unlavored gelatin. It is wonderful because there is no sugar in it.

I like moist cakes, and here is a recipe that is just yummy!!!

You take one box of any flavor cake mix, and 1 12oz. can of any flavor diet soft drink--nothing else, no eggs, no oil, no water, nothing.
Beat on low together for 30 seconds, then on medium for 2 minutes.
Spray cake pan with non-stick (Pam) spray. (don't use a bundt pan, as cake is too moist and will fall apart when you try to remove it.)
Pour cake mix into cake pan and bake at 350º for about 30 mins. or til toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Right before serving, top with Cool Whip.

You can make up any combinations you want! Like French Vanilla Cake mix with Diet orange soda, Cool Whip and mandarin oranges on top!

Chocolate cake mix with diet cream soda, topped with chocolate Cool Whip.

White cake mix with strawberry diet soda, topped with strawberry Cool Whip and sliced fresh strawberries.

Make up your own concoctions~~be creative!!

Another yummy treat~~graham crackers spread with Cool Whip and frozen. Tastes like an ice cream sandwich! Spread one graham cracker--any flavor--with Cool Whip, then top with another graham cracker and freeze. Simple, but yummy!

I hadn't heard of that brand of tapioca pudding either. Most tapioca recipes that I checked also had milk, sugar and whole eggs or egg yolks in it. I really like the Kozy Shack brand and they just use the whites of the eggs.

My other sweet snack of choice is dried fruit, especially apples.
