good energy drinks?

I was drinking Blast energy drink. I read the label better and found two fake sugars and caffeine. I do like life water which is like a energy tea. Would like to find something else. Any ideas?

I've yet to find a decent energy drink. I'm not a fan of them, though, so it doesn't matter to me.

I'm not a fan of the energy drinks either, to many calories for my liking, I'd rather eat my calories. Not heard of Blast.

I think Blast is made by Amway. It has lots of vitamins, but still has two fake sugars and caffeine. Think I will read labels on Life Water and research some recipes to make my own herbal teas instead.

Take a complex tab (all B vitamins) and an energy milkshake. This milkshake must have 1-2 raw eggs, flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, or whatever you like, lots of milk. Blend and drink. Add more eggs to make it higher in protein.
