food log

I am trying to track what foods I am eating. So far I have noticed I am very low on protien. No wonder my blood sugars have been super low.

I should track my food I actually believe that I'm not eating enough real food and relying on fiber bars, etc. at breakfast and for snacks on the go.

It's a really good idea to do food diaries. I keep saying I would do one, but never get round to it.

I am glad it is helping you bluebird, at least now you know what you need to add into your diet to help you sugar levels

I do this with my weight watchers program that I am on. It really helps you see what you are missing in your diet. Also what you have to much of.

This is what I try to stick to each day. 7 servings of fruits and veggies a day. 2 servings of milk or milk products. At least 6 cups of liquids(non caffiene). 2 servings of protein and also whole grain products. I take a multivitamin and calcuim supplement each day.

Charlotte you have a great plan!

I snacked on deviled eggs this afternoon. That helped my blood sugar a lot. I have plenty of energy too.
