anyone try acai?

It sounds too good to be true. The way I understand it there is a diet and fitness plan included? If that is the case, which is working the acai or the diet and fitness plan?

There was a segment on acai berries on one of the Food Network shows. It is high in antioxidants. We tried the new V8 Fusion drinks with all berries and vegetables and no added sugars. The acai berry one was terrific (as was the mango one).

I have had all acai drinks, a little thicker than the V8 versions, but also delicious. A wonderful mix of flavors, like eating a berry from heaven.

And we have some dried berries in the cupboard but haven't tried them yet. Got them a year ago before acai hit the mainstream.

Haven't heard about a diet and exercise program to go with acai berries...

I saw a banner ad about this, they were talking about how they combined the acai berry pill with a cleanse of some sort.

Everything seems too good to be true BUT I love the V8 Fusion juices, I will have to look more closely, I didn't know they had acai berry

I saw that ad about the acai and the cleanse thing.

It does seem to good to be true.

I will have to check out the V8 drinks though.

We drink mangosteen juice as an antioxident.

I tried and still drink acai juice regularly. I buy it from Monavie. As long as you keep it cold, it tastes good.
It helps a lot. Give you energy.
It has a lot of great advantages for a healthy life. It's all fruit juices, it can't hurt you.
Actually, it contains 19 different fruit juice.

Now, I don't know about the acai they advertise on the internet. I think it's part of the spam you get in your mail box. It doesn't appeal to me at all.

Thumbs down

I tried the ACAI pill supplement. I didn't feel like I had more energy, and didn't see any weight change. There are no shortcuts!

I bought acai pills at walmart for $6 a bottle. It did clean out my system. As for energy or weight loss I didn't notice any. I did take if for the antioxidants.

one thing I been hearing about it is - don't buy into the free trial of them and give your credit card info to them. Our local news has been reporting all week on this. People have been getting billed for the product without even reordering it after their trial was over. Just google acia berry free trail scam and read what they have to say.

I have heard the same thing.

I did buy some at Walmart. Just a plain Nature Made acai. It does clean you out. I didn't notice any weight loss but I took it for a few days only.
