Fat Loss Tips

Are you trying to cut the fat, lose weight?
Here is a good tip:

Cut back on foods with hidden sugar like ketchup, white bread, canned fruit, and salad dressing.

Sweet tooth?

Try eating Fresh Fruit for your sweet tooth craving..fresh fruit is cheaper to eat than a good chocolate bar, or cake.

By eating fresh fruit you are doing something great for your body.

Janet,

Good tips, I agree it is the sugar that will get you.

I know this goes against what you teach the kids so just don't let them see you do it. LOL!

When you eat bread, always remove the crust, it cuts calories and fat.

Gracygrammy, what a easy and great tip.
I don't like crusts, so why am I eating them? Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

Here is my fat-loss tip:
Eat sweets and high fat foods in moderation, in small amounts, and not everyday.
These foods are so high in calories, and low in volume. You will not feel satisfied.

I like to eat crunchy foods when I am seeming to be hungry..I love celery dipped in diet ranch dressing...or baby carrots..the more chewing you have to do..the fuller you feel. And remember, wash it all down with water!

Janet

Drink 1% milk or skim milk instead of whole milk - this saves you 6 grams of fat or more per glass.
