Here is a general list of good things to eat. This is by no means a limiting factor and there are some other great foods. This just helps with creativity for meals and for some people who don't know what's healthy and what's not. This was posted at the muscular development forums, I think, however I'm not sure. Whoever made it saved me a lot of work though, so be appreciate to them
