| The Wii Fit has you make a profile and enter your b-day, and height. Then it asks you to stand on the board to get your weight. Then it has you play a few games and then tells you your Wii Fit age. The Wii Fit age usually isn't close to what your real age is. The more you play the games the more your Wii Fit age changes. The nice part about the profile is that you can use a p/w o only you can view your profile.
Last year for Christmas I bought myself the Wii and Wii Fit. It starts off with a few games open and then the more you play, it slowly opens the other games. There are 40 games on it. The games are divided into 4 titles. Yoga, Strength Training, Aerobics, and Balance games. With the Yoga and Strength Training, you get to choose between a male or female instructor. My favorite title is the Balance games. It took me several tries but I finally figured out how to do the Slalom course. I've never skiied before.
The Wii Fit even has a few games that you don't even use the board. One is a 2 mile run around the Island. You put the remote into your pocket and run in place.
