I think research has demonstarted that there is a correlation. Recently, I found that research has also shown that having people who love you and support you, reduces your levels of stress.

Donna my kids LOVE thier punching bag! I like to do deep breathing and let the stress melt out of my body.

It is hard when your life throws you a curve ball. I think we need to acknowledge the disapointment and hurt before we can move on. I have realized some things about myself lately, the reason I have wanted to join and join and join clubs and groups. I understand my 'need'. Right now I am letting that 'need' float around in my head. Hopefully God will show me the way because I don't have a clue.

Train, I think anger can bring on health issues. It is always best to let go of that anger, talk it through with a trusted friend, counselor, pastor, etc. Anger robs you of "Joy".

Now that it is cooling off I will start using my punching bag again. Bought for anger initially, I now use it for exercise in the fall and winter!!!!

(and the occasional anger management basher!!!!!! LOL!!)
