Did you know that foreign chemicals can cause your IBS or IBD to get worse, for anyone who doesn't know what IBS or IBD is, Irritable bowel syndrome, or irritable bowel disease.
Well i have that, and realized my symtoms got even worse when i had started getting my nails done, now this might sound silly, But if you suffer from IBS or IBD and you do get your nails done on a regular basis, Try to stop going, leave your nails natural for a few weeks and you might notice a difference, after i stopped getting them done, i had no more of those chemicals going into my body, such as the glue, filler, etc...and my symtoms weren't as bad...now when i did get them done, i could hardly get out of my house due to fear of having to use the bathroom. Some of you might know exactly what i am talking about, and if IBS/IBD gets worse you can end up with colitis. Just a Tip, you might want to try.
