I have to agree with the member that suggested low carb eating and exercise. It worked for me.
I was under the care of an endocrinologist when I first decided to try low carbing. My cholesteral was 190 at its highest but within six months (it was less but I cant remember how much less), it was down to 150.
People think that eating low carb with higher fats will cause the opposite reaction and make things worse but, in most cases, it won't.
As always, please check with your doctor before deciding on trying anything new.
