| Poison Ivy Remedy
Just got a new idea out of my AARP magazine and wanted to share it! You do know you can get poison ivy even in the in winter months don't you? You can get it just from the vines!
Seems a study was done on liquid dish soap because it is designed to remove oil so it might be a way to get rid of the plant oil once it gets on your skin. After having contact with poison ivy wash with dish washuinbg soap about 25 seconds before you rinse. It will reduce the inflammation in some people and prevent it in some. It all depends on how quick you do this and also how sensitive your bosy is to the oils.
