anyone use the no shampoo method?

I know there is a company that makes this but it is $$$$. You can use baking soda massaged into the scalp for shampoo. Apple Cider Vinegar with water for conditioner. Has anyone tried this?

Think I'll stick to shampoo and conditioner. lol!

Let me know if you try it. I'm curious but not going to try it.

lol The reason I am looking into this is all the chemicals that are in shampoo and conditioner. They are really not good for you.

Here is a blog about it.

I tried vinegar for a rinse once but didn't really notice any difference and was so afraid of getting it in my eyes that I never tried it again. I only use shampoo and no conditioner and have no problems with dry or oily scalp. The baking soda method just sounds too far fetched for me but if works for you go for it!
