How often do you grocery shop?

I go once a week sometimes twice in a week if I forget something or have to pick up a prescription.

I go to the commissary once a month and then pick up as needed thro' the month

Hi:
I shop more than once a week. One day, I started at one end of the main Hwy, stopping at 3 grocery stores on the way home. I had coupons for each store, planned ahead of time what I would buy. I've learned self-controll and have pefected the use of coupns so that almost all the time, I save 90% on groceries.
It all depends what is on sale each week, and what coupons I have to predict how many times I will shop that week. But, I always shop at least one a week. I am a senior and live alone.

We shop every two weeks. However, if the week in between has sales on things we use, we will go and buy the sale items.

Once a week is enough for me unless something good pops up on sale.
