Hello again!

The pillow is sew onto the top of the blanket. Sew across top of pillow and down each side. The opening is at the bottom of the pillow.

I hope this makes sense!

I think I finally read the question right this time! LOL

Thank you Kathy. The bell just now rang in my head.

The part that I was having trouble with was which way to lay the pillow down before sewing it to the quilt and which end of the pillow to leave open. Think that I will write the directions down before I forget. Don't want to have to rip out a lot of seams.

I made my first quillow about 3 mths before my oldest niece graduated. I wanted plenty of time to figure out the directions and then to work on it.
