OSI, the plant with the lavender flowers and fleshy leaves is a sedum. Very hardy and come in a variety of colors and types.

I love Sedum's they are really nice. I have several scattered in my yard all from my original plant I got about 20 yrs ago. My younger son calls it "forever" plant

Are you referring to Neal's bush or my lavender plants in the pot? I can't remember off hand what type of Lavender seeds I bought but the red flowers you see beside it are roses.
