Poison Ivy

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of this stuff? My front flower beds are a mess. I cannot weed since I am highly allergic to poision ivy. Last year I started weeding in March, thinking there would be no poision ivy...well I got it anyway! I have spring bulbs in there as well as shrubs and hostas.
