oh how cute.......

In my garden I have two angel statues and one of a little girl holding flowers....the one angel has a very sweet face last year I had noticed the neighbor going for a walk with his two year old grandson ,very cute little guy....I started out the door and found that he was kissing the angel on the top of her head..oh how cute! his grandfather told me that everyday when they go for walks the little guy talks to the little girl statue and then goes to the angel chats a bit then kisses her. This year it was windy and the angel kept tipping over so I put her in a different place. I came home to find him in the side yard , grampa standing on the sidewalk and the little guy seemed confused. He was standing where the little angel statue always was ....She is almost the same size he is , I said are you looking for the angel I moved her didn't I...I got the statue and put her in her usual spot for visiting then left them alone as I peeked out the window I saw he was having his usual conversation with her and the kiss on the top of her head. It is the cutest thing to watch you've ever seen and soooo innocent.

Oh how cute.....I have long wooden garden boxes for the ledge of the deck I had cleaned them all out so they were empty and ready for planting ...A pair of mourning doves were trying to build a nest next to the box but before they could do to much the wind blew it onto the ground. When they weren't there I moved the box over just a tad so they could see it better....THey built their nest and of course I watch the mom get soaked with the rain but she is a good mother and stays. Her two eggs have hatched and she has the cutest , quite big babies all cozy sitting in the box .For them the perfect place to nest.
