I saw that pretty crown icon and wondered what I had done! I love that layered burrito recipe, so easy to do. Thanks all, made a tough week much nicer to endure.

RobertaD has earned a Queen's Crown for earning 5 cooking tip awards!!
Here are her winning tips:
Put a couple of bay leaves in with your flour to keep bugs away.
I always cook my soaked & drained beans for an hour or two, drain again, then prepare the recipe. Draining the soaking and cooking water helps get rid of some of the 'gassy' part of the beans.
Freshen limp celery by cutting the end off, then placing the rest of the celery in a jar of water. As it absorbs the water, it will stiffen back up again.
Add a dash of baking soda when you're making iced tea. It reduces bitterness.
Use the juice from a jar of cherries in place of water when making brownies. Makes the brownies a little moister and saves from dumping it out.
