I am sitting here eating an almond joy bar and remembered that old jingle of theirs.........."With almond joy, you can share half and still have a whole!"
Remember that one?
Lets see how many commercial jingle lines we can come up with.........new or old!

My sister and I once had record (yep, an old "45") that was full of tv commercial jingles. Some of the jingles must have been already old (we had that record in the 1960's), because we never saw the ads on tv. Anyway, here is what I can remember...

"Who ate my Post Toasties?
Who ate my Post Toasties?
Let's all run down to the grocery store
and tell the man we have to have more
Post Toasties! For goodness sakes get Post Toasties"!

another one is...

"Chock Full O Nuts is a heavenly coffee

Being a '60's baby, I also can remember a commercial with kids wearing colorful tunics and bell bottoms singing...

Tang! Tang! Tang, Tang!
Tang! Tang! Tang, Tang!
Do the moon walk like the astronauts
Join the space gang drink your energy Tang.
Tang's for breakfast, lunch or after school
Tang's energizing.... (something, something -- I forgot how the rest of it goes!).

It's amazing how those of us who drank it (my mom bought it every once in a while) have any teeth left.
