| Bean Salad
BEAN SALAD
ANY BEANS; Green, wax, etc. to make 3-4 cups
Mix together;
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup oil
2 tsp. honey mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
pinch cayenne
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1/2 medium red pepper, sliced thin
Toss altogether. Cover. Refridgerate 2 or more hours, to blend flavors. Serve at room temperature.
